Renault Swansea

I was pleased with Renault Swansea and would recommend them because they were very friendly and made the process very easy. I would also like to shout out sales person Clive Challenger for all his help during the process.

I was happy with the service at Renault Swansea because , Simon and Craig went above what was expected when I purchased my car , I showed up without an appointment just to view the car and was seen immediately considering it was just before Christmas and they were short staffed , Simon Henderson was brilliant from start to finish , he also contacted myself a week later to check if all was ok with the vehicle , the only gripe was when I checked the tyre pressures after driving to Cardiff I discovered the pressures to be to low causing the car to drift to the left which I’d assumed would have been checked prior to delivery.

I would not recommend Renault Swansea because the after sales is quite poor. No contact from them after some enquiries regarding the car after reaching out to 3 different people.

Renault Swansea were helpful because Paul was easy to deal with and responded to me promptly through the purchasing process.

My experience at Renault Swansea was cracking because Simon Henderson's service was excellent. Also the staff at reception were very personable. Excellent service all round.
